These are the terms for ordering from Three Wishes Bakery. Placing an order means you accept them.
Who we are
Three Wishes Bakery, a California bakery operated by Jeanie and Patti, at Technology Dr, Palm Desert, CA. Confirm: registered legal business name and entity type.
Orders
Everything is baked to order in small batches. An order is confirmed when your payment clears — not when you add items to your box. Because batches are limited, we may need to contact you if something you ordered has sold out, and in that case we will offer a substitute or refund that item in full.
Confirm: does the cart accept orders outside the Monday drop window, and if someone orders on a Thursday, when do they receive it?
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown before checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe. Your card statement may show the name of the business that processes our payments rather than "Three Wishes Bakery" — confirm the statement descriptor so customers recognise the charge.
Pickup and local delivery
We bake in Palm Desert, California and nothing is pre-made — baking begins after you order. Orders placed on a Monday are ready for pickup by that Saturday. Pickup in Riverside County is free. Local delivery is quoted by distance and confirmed with you before any charge is taken. We do not ship at present. Confirm: turnaround for orders placed on days other than Monday.

Food, allergens, and safety
Our kitchen is not nut-free, peanut-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, or allergen-free. Our products contain or may come into contact with wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Ingredients and mix-ins change from bake to bake. If you have a severe allergy, our kitchen may not be a safe choice for you.
Everything we sell is fully baked and shelf-stable. We do not sell raw dough or any item that has to be kept cold to be safe.
Confirm: kitchen type (home / commercial / shared) and permit or licence numbers. Needed again before shipping is introduced.
Wishes promotion
Submitting wishes is free. Each month one wish is chosen at our discretion and added to the menu, and the person who submitted it receives that item free. No purchase is necessary, the decision is ours, and there is no cash alternative. Confirm: how winners are contacted and any eligibility limits.

Limits
We stand behind our food, and our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under California or federal consumer law.
