We're Jeanie and Patty — twin BSN nurses and the sisters behind Three Wishes Bakery. By day we care for patients. By night (and early morning), we bake.

We started this bakery because we believe in the same thing in both worlds: a little care goes a long way. The same warmth that shows up at a hospital bedside shows up in every cookie we make.

Jeanie handles the cookies and dessert bars — the kind that make people close their eyes on the first bite. Patty handles the sourdough — long-fermented, hand-shaped, and made the way bread used to be made.

We don't do trendy. We don't do oversized. We do homemade. The kind of food that makes someone feel taken care of.
