We’re Jeanie and Patti, twin sisters, registered nurses, and the hearts behind Three Wishes. By day, we care for others. By night, we fill our kitchen with butter, flour, and a little bit of magic.

Three Wishes began with founder Jeanie’s name and a promise we still keep: every box should feel like a wish come true.

Jeanie creates our cookies and dessert bars, the close-your-eyes-on-the-first-bite kind. Patti is our co-founder, and the second pair of hands behind every batch.

For years, we’ve baked for fellow nurses, coworkers, friends, and community gatherings. Now, we’re delighted to share those same homemade favorites with you, because the sweetest moments are meant to be shared.

Cookie care

Warm like it's fresh.

Airtight container up to 5 days at room temp, or freeze up to 3 months. Bring back that just-baked hug: 350°F oven for 5–7 min, or microwave 10–15 sec (+20 sec if frozen).

Everything is baked fresh to order and packed for same-day collection. Contains wheat, milk, eggs, and soy. May contain traces of nuts.

Important allergy information — please read before ordering

Three Wishes Bakery is not a nut-free, peanut-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, or allergen-free kitchen.

Even when a flavour doesn't list nuts, everything is made in the same kitchen with shared equipment, tools, trays, storage, ingredients, and packaging space. Because of that, we don't recommend ordering or sharing our treats with anyone who has a nut allergy or a severe allergy — even if the flavours you chose don't contain nuts.

Ingredients and mix-ins may include flour, butter, brown butter, sugar, eggs, milk, cream, cream cheese, chocolate, white chocolate, cocoa, cookie crumbs, caramel, peanut butter, and other ingredients that change from bake to bake.

Do you ship?

Not yet. Right now we’re local: free pickup in Riverside County and local delivery for a small distance-based fee. Shipping is coming once we’ve got production and packaging proven — we’d rather do it properly than badly.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Yes — pickup in Riverside County is free. Local delivery is available for a distance-based fee (it's a big county!); we confirm the fee with you before anything is charged.

When do I get my order?

Order any Monday and your box is ready for pickup by that Saturday. Nothing is pre-made — we start baking once you’ve ordered.

Can someone else pick up for me?

Yes. If you can't make it, anyone can collect your box using your confirmation email or the first and last name on the order.

When is my order confirmed?

The moment your payment clears. Until then it isn't held — we buy ingredients against confirmed orders only, so an unpaid order can't reserve a box.

Are you really nurses?

Yes — twin registered nurses, working shifts and working ovens. Cookie care is literally in our job description.

How do I win a free treat?
