Three Wishes Bakery is a small bakery in California operated by Jeanie and Patti. This page explains, plainly, what we collect and what we do with it. We are not in the data business.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email, phone, and shipping address. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
- When you use the catering form: your name, organization, email, phone, event details.
- When you submit three wishes: your name, email, and the wishes themselves.
- In your own browser: your cart is stored locally on your device so it survives a refresh. It never leaves your device until you check out.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your information. Not to anyone, not ever.
- We do not run advertising trackers, and nothing here follows you to other websites.
- We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.
How we count visits
We use Plausible Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It is deliberately chosen because of what it does not do:
- No cookies, and nothing stored on your device.
- No personal information, and no attempt to identify you.
- No profile that follows you to other websites.
- Data is aggregated and held in the EU. It is never sold or shared.
That is why this site has no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to. If you use a tracker blocker, blocking it changes nothing about your order.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to actually get you cookies:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Netlify — hosting and form submissions
- Plausible — anonymous, aggregated visit counts
- Our shipping carrier — your address, to deliver the box
Your rights in California
Under the CCPA/CPRA you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to delete it, and ask us to correct it. We will not treat you differently for asking. Email hello@3wishesbakery.com and we will respond within 45 days. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes. Catering inquiries and wish submissions are kept until they are no longer useful, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
